Page 13 mentions three doctors who will provide contraceptives at cost price and give instructions at no cost on how to use them: Dr. Aletta Jacobs (Amsterdam), Dr. J. Rutgers (Rotterdam), and Dr. R. de Waard (Groningen). Romke de Waard was a radical and a confirmed believer in neo-Malthusianism.
