[Hitler, an attempt at an explanation]

In 1938 Dekker had to answer to the Amsterdam district court because of this political pamphlet. He was found guilty of 'having intentionally and publicly insulted in writing the head of the friendly state of Germany'. Dekker was ordered to pay a fine of one hundred guilders.
