The I. Internationale Kongress für Mutterschutz und Sexualreform was concluded by the formation of the Internationale Vereinigung für Mutterschutz und Sexualreform. In the Aufruf individuals and organizations are exhorted to work for sexual reform across boundaries together with the new Vereinigung. Dr. Johannes Rutgers and Mrs. Rutgers-Hoitsema are among those who support this appeal, and so are Minna Cauer, Wilhelmina Drucker, Charles V. Drysdale, Havelock Ellis, Siegmund Freud, Magnus Hirschfeld, Eugène Humbert, Ellen Key, Käthe Kollwitz, Nelly Roussel, Frank Wedekind, and many others.
