In 2008 the institute received a huge documentation collection from former journalist Yindee Lertcharoensok. The documentation dealt mainly with the period 1988-2000 in which among others she covered the political developments in Burma for the thai newspaper The Nation. The collection also contains material on her subsequent work on birth and citizenship issues and anti-trafficking. The collection is now available at IISH.
