From September 14 through 17, 1897, the third Congress of the International Cooperative Alliance was convened at the Agneta Park in Delft. The chief organizer was Van Marken. É. De Boyve was one of the French representatives there. The Atelier Coopératif de Photographie, Delft sold series of photographs, and De Boyve is believed to have passed on duplicates of these to August Fabre.
